Buddleja davidii 'empire blue', medium-sized, abundantly flowering and deciduous butterfly bush with pendulous branches. The maximum height is between 2 and 3 metres. Inflorescence: large lilac blue, violet blue flower panicles. Cut back short in spring, after the frost period. This buddleja is resistant to air pollution, which makes it interesting for use in an urban environment.
